Process Driven Real Estate LLC was formed in 2023 by Matt Halper after over 10 years of experience in real estate investment. Successful real estate investment is a process. Advising and guiding investors through each investors' business model has been a foundation of our own success. Recognizing that what works for some groups, might not work for others is a natural part of our everyday and providing bespoke guidance to clients based on their investment process to has been a key to our success and a services that sets us apart.

We are a commercial real estate consultant. Over the years, we have developed a broad range of commercial real estate expertise in Chicagoland submarkets and relationships with diverse investor types including Mom & Pops, local professional investors, large family office operators, and regional, national, and intl syndications and funds. This experience in the market and through many transactions is why investors rely on Process Driven Real Estate for advise, marketing expertise, and project management through a transaction, but also consulting on when it is in their best interest to NOT transact.
